Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Pick My Brain Sessions or VIP Days:
- Appointment Cancellation:
- 48-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a Pick My Brain Session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.
- 72-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a VIP Days. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.
- No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring any fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25%.
- Emergency Cancellations:
- Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the coach. In such cases, clients should contact the coach as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
- Coach Cancellations:
- If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
- Refund Policy:
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be used within six months from the date of purchase.
- Communication:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated via email.
- Agreement:
- By scheduling a coaching session, clients agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation policy.
